Venue and Seating Information

The Majestic Theatre - Dallas is a stunning historic venue located at 1925 Elm St in downtown Dallas. With a total capacity of 1,704, it features three beautifully appointed levels that provide excellent sightlines and abundant seating throughout. The center orchestra section is considered the best area in the house due to its proximity to the stage, offering premium reserved seats for an intimate viewing experience.

The mezzanine level provides elevated sightlines that many patrons prefer for its panoramic views of the stage. Each level is equipped with its own bar and restroom facilities, ensuring convenience during events. While all sections offer unique experiences, those seated in the balcony may find themselves distanced from the performers, making it less desirable compared to the orchestra and mezzanine sections.
